Batter
One of the finest batsman in the entire league, the sky is the limit for Hurricanes mainstay Ben McDermott, who was nothing short of dominant in BBL|10 with the bat and the gloves.
Unanimously named by all coaches in the team of the season for BBL|10, “Reg” smashed over 400 runs and 21 sixes throughout the tournament, finishing as the 6th highest runs scorer of all BBL batsman. This included a breathtaking 96 against the Sydney Thunder, in a premium display of power and timing.
At just 26, McDermott has already represented Australia at T20 and ODI level, notching his first ODI cap against the West Indies earlier this year.
96 Matches Played
