Our Captain Courageous, skipper Elyse Villani has been at the centre of the Hurricanes success since making the move South in WBBL|08. The former Australian player, oozes class and despite having a down year last season (according to ‘Junior’), she still scored 342 runs (12th in total league-wide). She has helped our WNCL program to three straight titles but knows that Hobart is still chasing that first elusive piece of silverware in the WBBL which she wants to bring to Hurricanes fans this season.
