The final stop of the 'Cane Train's regular season is the MCG, and they have a date with the Melbourne Stars!
After sowing up their finals spot, and a Home Qualifier against the Sydney Sixers locked in for Tuesday night at Ninja Stadium, the Hurricanes will be looking to continue their record-breaking win streak and extend it to eight games.
The Stars has everything to play for in this match, and a win against the Hurricanes would see them finish fourth and they will play the Sydney Thunder in the Knockout.
The history of the Hurricanes vs Stars has been even, with both teams winning four of the past eight matchups between the two sides.
Last year's match at the MCG against the Stars, ended in a win for the Purple Army where Ben McDermott and Matthew Wade both scored fifties.
Following the Hurricanes season defining run chase on Thursday night, Caleb Jewell will be looking to follow up his 75 runs and POTM performance to help the Hurricanes top order get off to another flyer.
Nathan Ellis, fresh off a newly penned extended contract, will also be aiming to continue his strong form after taking 3/42 against the Heat.
Ben McDermott returns to the Hurricanes squad after missing the past three matches with a hamstring concern, while Chris Jordan is aiming to be available for tomorrow night's clash against the Stars.
Cameron Gannon also comes into the squad for his potential first game for the Hurricanes, and if selected he will be presented with Hurricanes Cap no. 99.
The Hobart Hurricanes fixture against the Melbourne Stars begins at 7.15 pm (Hobart Time) tomorrow night.
